• Check to see if there is a chapter already in your State affiliated  with the TNHC:  to find out if there is a Chapter you can email  Jeanette Taveras at jtaveras@local237.org and she will be able to help you in getting that information.

• If you are starting a new chapter that has no affiliation to the TNHC please before requesting a charter, you will need the following:

1. Executive Board (Names of board members & Trustees)

2. 501c Non-For-Profit

3. Mission Statement
